Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to products that are faulty, not as described, or fail to meet the required consumer guarantees. Please note this guarantee excludes change of mind returns.

Guarantee Conditions:

  • Valid within 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Covers products that are faulty, misrepresented, or do not meet performance standards.

Return Process:

  2. Include evidence of the issue, like photos or videos.
  3. Follow our instructions for returning approved items.
  4. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

SECTION 2 - Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of purchase, under these conditions:

  • Item must be in original condition and packaging.
  • Specific to ball pits: Must remain unopened and in original packaging.

Change of Mind Return Costs Example:

  • Product Price: $2000
  • Return Shipping: $240
  • Restocking Fee (20%): $400
  • Store Credit: $1360

SECTION 3 - Pre-Order Policy

Pre-ordering at Bubs 'n' Bits allows you to reserve new and exclusive items before they're available to everyone. Understanding the nature of pre-ordering is important:

Pre-Order Terms:

  • Pre-ordered items are often made to order and require a commitment of resources. As such, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind on these items.

SECTION 4 - Refund Process and Shipping

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. We cover return shipping for faulty products and change of mind returns within 14 days. If we opt for a refund without a return, we request the product remains in good condition.
